The History of A & A Produce
A & A Produce Company first opened its doors on June 18th, 2002. We bought a small, family owned, Myrtle Beach based produce company that had been servicing the Myrtle Beach for close to ten years. Since its inception, A & A Produce Company has offered a unique type of precise knowledge of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand because we are from here, born and raised. Our family has been in Horry County for five generations. We know the demands of Myrtle Beach in the middle of July and also how to pass the time in January. We know the restaurant business because we have worked in all aspects of the business from cooking on the line to selling for broad line food distributors. We use this unique knowledge to help us service all of our customers to the best of our ability. Service is the cornerstone of our business. When our service is coupled with our commitment to finding the freshest produce at the best price, we are unequaled in Myrtle Beach or along the Grand Strand.

Warren brings over twenty years of experience in the wholesale food industry. His experience comes from his work with one of the major broad line distributors in the United States. Warren started out delivering food all over the Myrtle Beach area and worked his way up to becoming the #1 salesman for his region consistently year after year.
Andy has a degree in Culinary Arts from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC and has worked in foodservice doing everything from bussing tables, waiting on tables, and cooking all for a multitude of establishments on the Grand Strand. In addition to his restaurant experience Andy also worked for a broad line foodservice vendor in sales. He immediately made an impact on the Strand as a salesman earning Rookie of the Year in all of the Carolinas!
Adam has done it all as well on the beach from selling lemonade on the Myrtle Beach boulevard to cooking at several restaurants and major resorts. He also worked for the previous owners of A & A Produce Company formerly known as APC. He ran deliveries, took orders, worked in sales and handled the fruits and vegetable inventory.
Glenda just calls herself an entrepreneur having owned and operated several successful small businesses in Myrtle Beach since her early 20s and brings her administration experience to A & A Produce. As a teenager in Myrtle Beach she began waiting tables the summer she turned thirteen!
The rest of the team members have been recruited mainly from the restaurant industry as well. We have prior cooks, bartenders, dishwashers and pizza delivery drivers. We know your world. We are a family owned and operated business, not only related by blood, but everyone here is a part of the A & A family. We also consider our customers as part of our family and we treat them as such. We always have an open door to take care of you, talk produce or anything else with you and even to take care of you after hours, before hours, or simply put, whenever you need us.
